Proverbs 17:22 A joyful heart is good medicine, But a broken spirit dries up the bones.

Home Made MouthWash

Any Dental problems, over-load of bacteria in mouth or just a stinky snack with foods like garlic or onions can cause Bad breath (officially known as halitosis, if it’s chronic). But that mouthwash that you buy at the store, if you take a moment to read the label, it loaded with chemicals, artificial coloring, and flavoring that does little to help your breath for more than a half hour, may do more damage like ethyl alcohol can weaken the lining of your gums.

Oil Pulling is a great choice, you can find guide on https://draxe.com/oil-pulling-coconut-oil/

Again, Home made mouthwash is a good solution,

Ingredients: Cinnamon powder, honey, lemon & Clove Essential oil, Coconut oil, baking soda (optional).

cinnamon: Unlike mint, which tends to just mask the smell of bad breath, cinnamon actually gets rid of the odor by killing off odor-causing bacteria.

Honey: Honey makes everything taste better, but it also has antibacterial properties. If possible, get Manuka honey. Manuka honey is from New Zealand, and contains 127 times the amount of methylglyoxa, which is the antimicrobial agent that kills off bacteria, than acacia honey (the regular sweet stuff you usually see.) Always try to get organic raw honey.

Baking soda: Baking soda wipes out nasty things (like bad bacteria) and has been shown to help whiten teeth.

Lemon oil: Lemon has a strong refreshing citrus scent, make the breath fresher
Clove oil: Clove oil has natural analgesic, antiseptic and antibacterial properties that can help relieve tooth pain and promote mouth health.

½ cup filtered or distilled water
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp of honey
½ tsp coconut oil
3 drops tea lemon essential oil
3 drops clove essential oil
Shake them well in a glass container, Baking soda will settle to the bottom of the jar when not in use, so be sure to shake mouthwash before each use. Swish about 2-3 teaspoons of this homemade formula in your mouth for a minute or two. As with any mouthwash, try to avoid swallowing this while gargling.

Hydrogen peroxide is a natural disinfect that kills bacteria and relieves pain and inflammation.
Mix 2 teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide and a tablespoon of warm water.
Rinse your mouth with the solution without swallowing.
Repeat regularly as needed.
Alternately use a cotton ball to apply the solution to the affected area.
